Your safety comes first.
Level Dose connects you with licensed providers who evaluate whether a treatment is appropriate for you.
Treatment is never guaranteed, and a provider may decline to prescribe if it isn't safe or suitable in your case.
Here's what you should know.
Before you start
-
Share your complete medical history, current medications, allergies, and any existing conditions.
This isn't paperwork — it's how your provider keeps you safe.
-
Tell your provider if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
-
Follow dosing and instructions exactly as prescribed. Never adjust your dose on your own.
When to seek immediate help.
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room if you experience symptoms such as difficulty breathing,
swelling of the face, lips, or throat, severe abdominal pain, chest pain, or any other severe or sudden reaction.
Telehealth is not for emergencies.
Side effects
All medications carry the potential for side effects. Your provider will review the most common and the most serious
risks for any treatment you're prescribed, and your medication will include official prescribing information.
Report side effects to your provider promptly, and report serious adverse events to the FDA's MedWatch program.
Medication authenticity and handling
Medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies (our pharmacy partners).
Store your medication as directed, keep it out of reach of children,
and never share prescription medication with anyone else.
