CCPA / CPRA Notice & Opt-Out (Tier 1)

Effective: June 1, 2026

This section applies to California residents and describes rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA.

Important nuance your counsel will confirm: Medical information governed by HIPAA and California's Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) is exempt from the CCPA. So this notice covers your non-exempt data — primarily website visitors, prospective patients, and marketing/analytics data — not the PHI handled inside the care relationship (that's covered by the HIPAA Notice above). Keep the two cleanly separated.

Categories of personal information we collect

For non-exempt data: identifiers (e.g., name, email, IP address), internet/device activity, commercial information, and inferences drawn from the above. Sources, purposes, and recipients are described in our Privacy Policy.

Your California rights

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
  • Right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
