Customer Care

Returns & Refund Policy

Effective: June 1, 2026

Critical: You almost certainly cannot accept returns of dispensed prescription medication. Once a prescription drug leaves the pharmacy, federal and state pharmacy law and patient-safety rules prohibit it from re-entering the supply chain — it cannot be returned, reused, or resold. Your refund policy has to separate (a) fees/memberships, which can be refundable on your terms, from (b) dispensed medication, which is non-returnable. The draft below does that. Confirm the exact wording with counsel and your pharmacy partner.

Consultation and membership fees

If you are charged for a consultation or membership and have not yet received a provider evaluation, contact us at support@leveldose.com within [X] days for a full refund. Once a licensed provider has reviewed your intake and rendered a clinical decision, the consultation fee reflects services already delivered and is generally non-refundable.

Medication

For your safety and as required by law, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once shipped or dispensed — including unopened products. This is a pharmacy and patient-safety requirement, not a company preference.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [30] days at support@leveldose.com. We will work with our pharmacy partners to resolve it, which may or may not include a replacement at no additional cost where appropriate.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing/refill date through your account or by contacting support@leveldose.com. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund medication already dispensed. We will confirm each cancellation in writing.
